Free delivery is valid on all orders to the value of R750 or more placed on www.keedo.co.za. For any orders Less than R750, a flat delivery rate of R115.00 will be charged.
To shop with us, you must be aged 18 years or over. If you choose to register, you will be asked to choose a username and password. Please keep it secret, as you are entirely responsible if you do not maintain its confidentiality. You are also entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password.
By shopping on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
If Keedo reasonably believes that you are providing untrue, inaccurate or incomplete information, we may choose to suspend or terminate your account.
Keedo will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password.
Availability of Keedo Items
You agree that because of the nature of the Internet, our online shopping service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We are not liable to you if we are unable to supply a particular item, but will endeavour to deliver a substitute garment where possible. Moreover, we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalisation settings.
Although we will always try to cater for all your orders, large quantities of promotional lines ordered will be fulfilled at the discretion of Keedo.
Keedo may modify or discontinue from time to time, whether permanently or temporarily, any or all of its services with or without any notice. As such, we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification or discontinuance of our services.
Placing of Orders
Any orders that you place will be by way of transaction via the Keedo website.
You can pay with any MasterCard or Visa credit card as well as Internet transfer or EFT. Please refer to our Security Policy if you have any concerns regarding credit card security. Authority for payment is given at the time of order. All prices include VAT.
Deliveries will only be made to the delivery address selected on "checkout" and are subject to availability and receipt of payment. We do our best to secure delivery within 5 - 7 working days from the date that payment of your order has been secured, but will not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. Please note that orders may need to be sourced from more than one location, so shipping of the order might only take place a day or 2 after confirmation of payment of your order. Please ensure that the week day daytime delivery address is easily accessible to our delivery vehicles and all information is supplied.
Proof of identity will be required on delivery of all goods. (ID or Drivers license) In some instances (i.e. a gift purchase), we might require proof of ID in the form of a fax before delivery, front and back of credit card as well as ID document for security reasons. If we cannot contact you and cannot get an identity document from you, no goods will be issued.
If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, the goods will be retained by the driver, who will leave notification of delivery and will telephone to arrange another delivery time.
Collections from store
Online orders may be collected from any Keedo store nationwide. Please bear in mind that items selected may not neccessarily be in stock at your requested store and will need to be sourced from the branch closest to your selected store. Orders may only be collected once confirmation has been received via email or telephone call.
We trust you will be delighted with your purchase but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. If you need to return an item because of a manufacturing fault on receipt of the garment, we will replace or fully credit the full amount in the form of an online voucher and cover the courier cost for returning the garment to our Head Office in Cape Town.
Should you want to exchange a garment for a different size, we will gladly assist.
All items returned to Keedo must have the Keedo swingtag still attached, should not have been worn and should be in the same condition as they were received.

Please contact Keedo on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for exchange or return of goods. Garments must be returned in the pre-addressed Flyer provided. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the courier company is given the correct garments that need to be returned. Once Keedo is satisfied that the garment(s) returned is in good order, you will be credited the full amount of the garment(s) or offered an exchange item.

Although we will offer you the best service we possibly can, we make no promise that our online shopping services will entirely meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error free.
All rights in the designs and information on our website are owned by Keedo.
The names of our online services and other services referenced on our website are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Keedo. Other product and company names mentioned on this website may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
Keedo reserves the right to terminate your ability to use any of our services if your conduct is found to be inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
Keedo shall not be responsible for any breach of these conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
If Keedo is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the online shopping service it will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as it reasonably can.
This agreement is subject to the laws of South Africa and the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African Courts.
