Where are Keedo clothes made?

All Keedo garments are designed and manufactured in South Africa. The Keedo head office is in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town, South Africa.

What is the work ethic of Keedo?

At Keedo we believe in a fair and honourable work ethic and we pride ourselves on the fact that we are a South African company. Can I be sure that clothing labelled for my child's age will fit my child?

If your child is an average size and height for his or her age, the clothes should be loose-fitting enough to fit your child comfortably. Because Keedo clothes are made for ease of movement and comfort, there is plenty of breadth across the chest and width in the arm to accommodate the shape of your child. 
Generally, Keedo clothing is elasticised so that the waist can accommodate a little round tummy or sit comfortably on the hips of a slimmer child. Keedo clothing is designed for potty training without too much fuss. If you want to be really sure of your buy, refer to our 
size chart which has average height and weight measurements for each age group.

I don't have time for hand washing. Which mum does?

Keedo clothes are washed in industrial washing machines before you receive them. Obviously keep your light coloured items in one wash and your darker items in another when washing your Keedo clothes, but Keedo is renowned for retaining its shape and colour. All clothing may be tumble dried unless otherwise stated.

If there is a frayed edge, will this continue to fray?

A garment with a frayed edge is a statement of fashion, and is part of the garment design. It is finished to look like this and then again washed in industrial washing machines. So no, this garment will not fray any further than planned in the design.

Does Keedo have a store where I can try out Keedo clothing first hand?

How do I purchase online?

It's really simple. Just find the items you're looking for, indicate the size, colour and quantity, then click on "checkout" when you're ready to purchase what you've added, and follow the instructions.

How can I pay?

For online purchases, You can pay for your orders by credit card or direct deposits. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Unfortunately we don't accept cash on delivery. For In-store purchases, both eBucks and RCS cards are also accepted.

Can I pay by direct deposit?

Yes, you can pay with electronic banking. You have to fax or email proof of payment before your order will be delivered.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Keedo has gone to great lengths to ensure your card information is secure and stays that way. In short, you're probably safer using your card on our website than in a situation where others have access to your card or card number.

Is my personal information kept confidential?

Yes, your information is kept strictly confidential and is never disclosed to third parties. Moreover, we will only contact you with news of Keedo's special offers and promotions once you've indicated you would like to receive our newsletter at registration.

What is Keedo's delivery schedule?

Keedo uses an outsourced delivery partner to deliver to you anywhere in South Africa. Depending on your location this may take 5-7 working days as items are shipped from Cape Town.You can choose between door-to-door deliveries or you may collect at your nearest Keedo store. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to postal addresses.

Note that you will need to show proof of identity upon delivery. This will need to be either an ID document or valid driver's license.

Can I deliver garments to friends / family locally?

Yes, there is a gift option and you can choose to send a personalised message with the delivery.

Please note that we require proof of payment for all deliveries. If it is a gift, we require proof of ID in the form of a fax or email before delivery. (Front and back of the credit card as well as ID document may be requested for security reasons)
